5. Installation Guide (General Instructions)

Tools Required: Small Phillips screwdriver, soldering iron (if required), insulating tape
Disassembly: Turn off the device, carefully unscrew and open the casing to access the old battery
Removal: Note the polarity (Red = Positive+, Black = Negative-) of the old battery connections, desolder the wires or unplug the connector
Installation: Connect the new battery to the mainboard following the same polarity (Red to Positive+, Black to Negative-)
Testing: Before reassembling, connect the charger to test if it charges and powers on normally. If successful, reassemble the casing

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM GMT+8 Time are processed the same day; orders placed after that time will begin processing the next working day. All orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

When placing an order, please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing and shipping. We want to make sure your batteries arrive safely, therefore larger battery orders may require a little more time to pack and ship. Processing times could be longer when there are high volumes.

Returns

If you find that the item is damaged or other problems after receiving the item, please contact us in time and we will handle it for you。

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
